WHAT MAKES TODDLERS TICK
 
Wednesday 22nd February, running for six weeks. 9.30-11.30am
 
An information group for parents of toddlers aged 1-3 years.
A range of topics tailored to the needs of the group. For example, sleeping, eating, child development, communication.
 

• Cost: $10 (one-off cost for the group)
• Childcare is available but bookings are essential

WOMEN'S FITNESS GROUP
 
Tuesday 14th February, running for six weekss. 9.30-10.30am
 
Following on from our fabulous group last term with Deb, our fitness instructor.
For women of all fitness levels, especially those just getting started back to exercise.
 

• Cost: $5 per session
• No childcare is available for this group. Please make your own arrangements

BODY IMAGE & YOUNG PEOPLE
 
Tuesday 21st February (one night only!) 6.45p, (for 7pm start) to 8pm, followed by supper.
 
Why is body image the number one concern of Australian young people?
How can you start a conversation about body image with your loved ones?
How can educators and parents promote health without putting kids at risk of eating disorers or obesity?

LIVING WITH TEENS
 
Tuesday 28th February, running for six weeks. 7-9pm
 
Following on from the Body Image presentation, how can parents continue to have connecting conversations with their teens.
Discuss some of the struggles that teens and their parents may encounter.

LAUNCH PAD
 
Starts 3rd week of February after school. Day of the week to be confirmed.
 
A children's afternoon group for kdis in years 3-6, includes games, afternoon tea and building social skills and connections.

SPLASH
 
Toy libray combined with a morning tea. A time for borrowing toys and getting together for coffee.
 
This group runs once a month, dates for term 1 are:
 
Thursday 19th January - 10am to 11.30am.
Tuesday 7th February - 9.30am to 11.15am
 
Cost: FREE
 
PLAYGROUP
 
A social time for parents and children (aged 0-5) to play together, meet other people and enjoy craft and activities aimed at building developmental and social skills. We have a structured program with outdoor play, indoor play, craft, story time and singing.
 
Cost: $10 term fee, plus Gold Coin Donation each week.
